Kedi, el documental sobre los gatos de Estambul, parte como favorita en los Critics´ Choice Documentary Awards con cuatro candidaturas, entre ellas la de Mejor Documental.

Un documental realizado por la directora Ceyda Torun y el fotógrafo Charlie Wuppermann donde a lo largo de dos meses, siguen la vida de siete gatos callejeros de Estambul.

Con la lectura de estos premios se empieza además la carrera por el Óscar, donde Kedi parece tener muchas papeletas.
